What is Pet Remedy?
In the bustling realm of pet care, finding solutions to keep our furry companions relaxed and stress-free is of paramount importance. Among the array of products surfacing to address this concern, Pet Remedy has emerged as a notable mention. Pet Remedy is a meticulously crafted natural formulation that aims to mitigate signs of stress and anxiety in pets, ensuring they remain calm in varying circumstances.
Pet Remedy is characterised by its unique blend of essential oils and other natural components that harmonize to induce a calming effect. The formulation is rooted in the essence of nature, embodying a mix of botanical extracts known for their tranquil properties.
Core Composition:
The core of Pet Remedy lies in its blend of essential oils. These oils are derived from plants and herbs that have been traditionally acknowledged for their calming and sedative properties. The essential oils in Pet Remedy encapsulate the soothing essence of nature, delivering a serene ambiance that helps in soothing the nerves of pets.
Synergistic Operation:
The beauty of Pet Remedy’s formulation is the synergistic operation of its ingredients. Each component complements the other, enhancing the overall calming effect. This synergy amplifies the calming ambiance, providing a natural and gentle relief from anxiety and stress for pets.
Natural Alleviation:
The natural constituents of Pet Remedy interact with the pet’s senses and neural pathways, providing a holistic approach to stress alleviation. Unlike synthetic alternatives, Pet Remedy offers a natural route to calming pets, aligning with a holistic approach to pet well-being.
Broad-Spectrum Application:
Beyond its primary function, Pet Remedy’s natural formulation presents a broad-spectrum application. It’s suitable for various pets and a range of anxiety-induced behaviours, making it a versatile solution in promoting calmness and reducing anxiety-driven actions in pets.
How Does Pet Remedy Work?
Pet Remedy has been formulated to aid in relieving anxiety and stress in pets, capitalising on a blend of natural ingredients. Its operation hinges on a two-pronged approach that targets both the neural and sensory pathways in animals.
Neural Stimulation:
The primary action of Pet Remedy begins at the neural level. When introduced to the pet’s environment, the natural ingredients within Pet Remedy are absorbed and interact with the neurotransmitter systems in the brain. One of the crucial neurotransmitters affected is Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA), which is known for its calming influence on nerve activity. By promoting the release of GABA, Pet Remedy helps to inhibit excessive nerve transmission, fostering a serene and relaxed state in pets.
Sensory Activation:
In addition to neural stimulation, Pet Remedy engages the sensory system through its aromatic constituents. The essential oils in the formulation, with their distinct, soothing aromas, activate the olfactory system of pets. This sensory stimulation works hand in hand with the neural interaction to enhance the calming effect. The aromatic experience creates a comforting environment, assisting in lowering stress levels and promoting tranquillity.
The synergy between neural stimulation and sensory activation forms the crux of how Pet Remedy operates, offering a holistic approach to managing stress and anxiety in pets.
Pet Remedy Key Ingredients:
- Valerian Root: A herb known for its sedative properties and its ability to reduce anxiety.
- Vetiver: A grass root with calming effects, often used in aromatherapy.
- Sweet Basil: Known to relieve stress and provide mental clarity.
- Sage: A herb with both calming and antioxidant properties.
Mechanism of Action
- Neurotransmitter Release: The natural ingredients in Pet Remedy stimulate the release of neurotransmitters like GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid), which inhibits nerve transmission in the brain, calming nervous activity.

The author of the review highly recommends Pet Remedy based on their extensive experience using the product in behavioral cases, emphasizing its effectiveness in various scenarios but also noting it is not a universal solution for all behavioral issues.
My Experience of Pet Remedy
I have used Pet Remedy many times in behaviour cases over the years. It is my standard “go to” product. The spray is beneficial for anxious and stressed dogs. The foraging kit is a favourite of CBT Dog Behaviour’s. It is a great kit and tool for activating our dogs natural foraging propensity. It is not a “catch-all” solution though. Like all supplements, it has it uses and from experience, it has many. I highly recommended it!
